Your donation helps to support team California and it's boxers in their journey to become a National Champion. The Golden Gloves of America is the oldest and most prestigious amateur boxing tournament in the world. National and State Champions move on to become olympic champions and world champions. 

Donations are used to cover expenses like Travel for a group of 30 boxers and coaches. Uniforms, warm-up and track suits, meals and event production.   We are a licensed 501(C)3 non-profit. Your donation is tax deductible.

In 1989 Oscar De La Hoya won his first Golden Glove National Championship. He later went on in 1992 to win a Gold Medal in the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, Spain. 

in 2001, Chris Arreola of East Los Angeles won the National Golden Gloves title at light heavyweight division. Chris went on to fight as a pro and challenge for the world-title on 3 separate occasions. Although he came up short, he was the first Mexican to contend for the world title and made millions of dollars in the process.
